Searching for a Trouble Ticket

Directly below the new trouble link, is the Search textbox.  This textbox allows you to search for the date, status, request number or phone number of any trouble tickets.  Next to the trouble ticket textbox is a dropdown menu, this menu allows you to choose whether you want to search for open, on hold, complete or cancelled trouble tickets.

To search for a trouble ticket, type in the any portion of date, status, request number or telephone number within the textbox.  As you type in the information, the screen changes to display the trouble tickets that match your search parameter.

To further limit the amount of information you see, you can click the dropdown arrow in the small text box to the right of the search parameters field.  From the list, select what type of trouble tickets you want to view whether open, on hold, complete or cancelled.
