Monthly Statements

There are several options that you can choose from when viewing your monthly statements.  First, you must choose what account you want to view.  Directly below the Monthly Statements button is the account dropdown selection menu.  Click the dropdown arrow to access a list of the accounts that you are associated with, from the list select the account to view. 

Once you have selected your account you can choose to view the information by Month or Year.  The default view is monthly, this displays the current billing period details.  To change the month click on the dropdown arrow in the right hand box to access a list of the previous billing periods, from the list select the month to view. 

Alternately, you can view the information based on the year.  To view the year, click on the Year button, the information will default to the current year.  To change the year, click on the dropdown arrow in the right hand box to access a list of the previous billing years, from the list select the year to view. 

Now that you have decided what billing period you want to view, let’s talk about the Total Charges.
