The Troubles section provides the ability to create and manage Troubles tickets relating to telephones or circuits. There are four different types of troubles you can submit they are:

·         General

·         Telephone

·         Circuit

·         Cell Phone

Unlike a Service Request, the fields in a trouble ticket have been pre-determined by Unique Communications.  You cairs.net administrator will define the work flows that you associate to your trouble ticket.  Most likely the work flows will be names something similar to the troubled device.
