Subscriber Portal

Change Service Request

1.     If you are not already on the Service Request window, click the Service Requests link at the top left hand corner of the Subscriber Portal window


2.     In the menu bar directly below the logo, click on the New Order link.

3.     The screen changes to display up to three columns, the middle column holds all the change service work orders you can perform. 

4.     Within the Change Service list, click on the appropriate link.

5.     The next popup that becomes available allows you to search for the device(s) that you want to change.

6.     In the top text box, type in any portion of the record to change. As records match your search parameter they will appear in the Search Results box on the left hand side of the popup.

7.     To select the device, check on the box next to the record.  The information duplicates to the Selected Components pane.

8.     You can select more than more record by clicking on the checkboxes.  When you have the records to change in the Selected Components column, click on the Next button.

9.     The next popup that opens allows you to complete the necessary fields for the change request.  The fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required, you must enter a value in each of those fields. 

10.  For each work order type, the Notes field is required.  You must enter a comment in this field before you can Save & Close the work order. 

11.  Once all the required fields are completed, within the lower right hand corner of the pop-up click on the Save button. 


If you have selected more than 1 device to change, you can click on the next one in the list on the right hand side of the popup to complete the necessary information.

If you click on the Save button before you complete all the device, a message box appears.  The message will ask if you want cairs to automatically complete the rest of the devices with the same information as the first. 


You can click Ok to automatically complete or Cancel to complete them yourself. 

12.  You will receive a message similar to the following when your request has been saved and sent to the help desk. 


13.  Click Close to continue.
